POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD

Esta Política de Privacidad establece los términos en que Co-Dependents Anonymous Inc. usa y protege la información que es proporcionada por sus Usuarios al momento de utilizar su Aplicación. Esta empresa está comprometida con la seguridad de los datos de sus usuarios. Esta Política de Privacidad puede cambiar con el tiempo o ser actualizada, por lo que le recomendamos y hacemos hincapié en que revise continuamente esta página para asegurarse de que está de acuerdo con dichos cambios.

Información recopilada

Nuestra Aplicación puede recopilar información de identificación no personal sobre los Usuarios siempre que interactúen con nuestra Aplicación. La información de identificación no personal puede incluir la dirección del Protocolo de Internet ("IP") de su ordenador, el tipo de navegador, la versión del navegador, el tipo de dispositivo utilizado para acceder al Servicio (como algún tipo de teléfono móvil), el proveedor de servicios de un teléfono móvil si el teléfono móvil se utilizó para acceder a la Aplicación, las páginas de nuestra Aplicación que visita, la hora y la fecha de su visita, la ubicación de la dirección IP, el sistema operativo e información técnica sobre los medios de conexión de los Usuarios a nuestra Aplicación, como los proveedores de servicios de Internet utilizados y otra información similar. Nuestra Aplicación puede recopilar automáticamente esta información o puede utilizar Aplicaciones de terceros (como Google® Analytics) para recopilar automáticamente esta información.

Uso de la información recopilada

Nuestra Aplicación utiliza la información con el fin de proporcionar el mejor servicio posible, en particular para mantener a los Usuarios al día de los eventos de Codependientes Anónimos. Es posible que periódicamente enviemos notificaciones a través de nuestra Aplicación con información que consideremos relevante para usted o que pueda beneficiarle. This Privacy Policy sets forth the terms under which Co-Dependents Anonymous Inc. uses and protects the information that is provided by its Users when using its Application. This company is committed to the security of its users' data. Information that is collected

Our Application may collect non-personally identifiable information about Users whenever they interact with our Application. Non-personal identification information may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, type of device used to access the Service (such as a type of mobile phone), service provider of a mobile phone if the mobile phone was used to access the Application, the pages of our Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the location of the IP address, operating system, and technical information about Users' means of connection to our Application, such as the Internet service providers used and other similar information. Our Application may automatically collect this information or may use third party Applications (such as Google® Analytics) to automatically collect this information.

Use of Information Collected

Our Application uses the information in order to provide the best possible service, particularly to keep Users up to date with Co-Dependents Anonymous events. We may periodically send notifications through our Application with information that we feel is relevant to you or may be of benefit to you. These notifications will be sent through the Application and may be unsubscribed from at any time through your device settings.

Links to Third Parties

This Application may contain links to other sites that may be of interest to you. Once you click on these links and leave our Application, we no longer have control over the site to which you are redirected and therefore we are not responsible for the terms or privacy or data protection of those other third party sites. Those sites are subject to their own privacy policies and you should check with them to confirm that you agree with them.

Control of Information Collected

We do not collect personally identifiable information. In turn, we do not sell, trade or rent Users' personally identifiable information to others. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our Application or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending newsletters or surveys. We may share your non-personally identifiable information with these third parties for those limited purposes. Co-Dependents Anonymous Inc. is highly committed to fulfilling our commitment to keeping your information secure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Application cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party. International Transfer

Your non-personally identifiable information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information collected to the United States and process it there.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to use this Application. YOU ARE ONLY AUTHORIZED TO USE THE APPLICATION IF YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Co-Dependents Anonymous Inc. has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do so, we will post a notice on the Application and revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Co-Dependents Anonymous Inc. reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Application, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not use our Application. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
